Our Staff

Carol began her training at Hildale before gaining entry to Laine Theatre Arts in Surrey.After passing all her major and teaching exams with the ISTD Carol pursued her chosen career. During this time she danced professionally both abroad and ultimately in the West End of London, worked in T.V and appeared in films. After approximately 8yrs of performing professionally carol’s career went full circle when she returned to Hildale to become Head of Modern Theatre for the late Hilda Playle. In 1989 upon Hilda’s retirement Carol became Principal of the school and in 2000 also took the post of an Examiner for the ISTD . Miss Bebbington believes that her professional stage experiences combined with her Examiners position are both great assets to the school. Carol and her staff look forward to welcoming you to Hildale.
