Parent declaration on safe return to Hildale

I pledge the following with regard to sending my child/children back to Hildale:

To send my child/children into the premises following social distancing guidelines and agree to the drop off and pick up rules*

To ensure my child/children washes their hands before arriving at class and uses hand sanitiser on entry of premises*
- I Agree
I will not send my child/children to class if they are experiencing any covid symptoms however mild, acknowledging that any member of staff has the power to send home a child who displays symptoms during class*

To inform the school immediately if my child has a positive test and to follow all government guidelines of isolation period*
- I Agree
To inform Hildale Academy if any member of my household has a positive test. In these circumstances I agree to test my child one hour before arriving to class - to ensure that it is a negative test.*
